Intradialytic Cycling Equipment 

There are several exercise bikes that can be used to allow patients to cycle during dialysis.

• Free standing bikes
• Exercise bikes that attach to the therapy bed/chair
• Exercise bikes for use with therapy chairs only

What you choose for your renal unit will depend on:

• Budget
• Type of therapy beds/chairs available in the unit
• Storage space
• Time available for bike set up
