Front Arm Raise

Instruction

  • With your arm in front of you, breathe in
  • Breathe out whilst you raise your arm in front of you to shoulder height
  • Breathe in and lower your arm to the starting position
  • Repeat 10-15 times

Progression

2-4 sets, increase weight over time

Note

If you do not have a fistula, repeat on the other arm
