Heel Raises
Instruction
- Sit on the side of your chair or bed with your feet flat on the floor
- Hold on to the side of the chair for added support (with your non-fistula arm)
- Slowly raise your heels off the ground, hold for a few seconds
- Slowly lower your heels to the ground
- Repeat 10-15 times
Progression
2-4 sets, add ankle weight over time (place weight above knee and not around ankle)
Note
Could do one leg at a time if needed
