Neck Rotations
Instruction
- This exercise can be completed seated or standing
- Sit or stand upright and look straight ahead
- Slowly turn your head to one side until you feel a slight tightness
- Hold this position for 10-30/30-60 seconds
- Then gently turn your head to the other side
- Hold this position for 10-30/30-60 seconds
- Repeat until you have completed a total of 60 seconds stretching
