Neck Rotations

Instruction

  • This exercise can be completed seated or standing
  • Sit or stand upright and look straight ahead
  • Slowly turn your head to one side until you feel a slight tightness
  • Hold this position for 10-30/30-60 seconds
  • Then gently turn your head to the other side
  • Hold this position for 10-30/30-60 seconds
  • Repeat until you have completed a total of 60 seconds stretching
