Front Arm Raise (to the front)
Aim of exercise
Increase strength of shoulders. Stronger shoulders increase your ability with many daily activities that require moving or lifting heavy items.
Instruction
- With your arms by your side (palms facing backwards), breathe in
- Breathe out whilst you raise your arms in front of you to shoulder height
- Breathe in and lower your arms to the starting position
- Repeat 10-15 times
Progression
2-4 sets, increase weight over time

It may be easier to do one arm at a time
